For over 80 years, Messmer graduates have continued the mission of Knowledge, Faith, and Leadership. Through their legacy, they have provided continued support to Messmer in numerous ways including volunteering, the annual Capitol Drive Golf Outing, the Hall of Fame Dinner, annual gifts, planned gifts, and reunion events.
Messmer continues to have one of the most active alumni communities among high schools. In 2005, more than 2,000 alumni from all generations came to be reunited with classmates and teachers. Each year Messmer’s Capitol Drive Golf Outing brings together hundreds of alumni and also continues to spotlight its alumni through events like the Portraits in Leadership Awards Dinner.
Messmer values its alumni greatly and goes to great lengths to keep its records up-to-date. Some services that are available to alumni include transcripts, the Official Messmer Reunion Planning Guide, class lists, the Messmer Today newsletter, the Messmer E-newsletter, online registration and much more.
