When should I apply for Admission?
A student can apply once they have received his/her 1st quarter report card.
If I am applying under the Choice program, should I wait until the 1st open enrollment period in February to apply?
We suggest that families not wait until February but apply as early as possible. Application materials are available by calling Messmer’s Admissions department at 414-264-5440 or by downloading the materials by clicking here.
Can I visit the school?
Students are invited to “Be a Bishop for a Day” by spending a school day at Messmer High School shadowing a current student. Contact Joanna Mistrioty at 414-264-5440 or hsadmissions@messmerschools.org to participate in the Shadow Program.
What is the purpose of the Admissions interview?
The Admissions interview is an opportunity for us to get to know the prospective student and parent or guardian. It is a chance for us to answer any questions you may have and give you additional information about the school. The typical interview lasts about 30-45 minutes.
Who should I contact if I have questions about Admissions at Messmer High School?
Please contact Michael Connor or Joanna Mistrioty in our Admissions Office at 414-264-5440.
When does Messmer offer the Placement Test?

Does the placement test determine if I will be accepted into Messmer High School?
The placement test results do not determine admission. The results serve as a guide into what classes will be appropriate for you to take once you are enrolled at Messmer.
